iDivorce is for anyone currently involved in Divorce related matters in England and Wales; or for anyone contemplating Divorce; or those who just want to know how the process works and what the likely financial outcome would be.
This application is specific to the Laws and Courts in England and Wales. From 1 April 2013 legal aid for family law in England is no longer available. Everyone (except a few special cases such as forced marriages) will now have to pay privately or represent themselves. This is where iDivorce comes to the rescue; the application is designed to guide you step-by-step through the process of self-representation covering Divorce, Child Matters and the financial side of Divorce.
